Target is revamping its beauty department and adding brands that are above the standard, drugstore finds. SF-based Own Skin Health is one of the skincare brands tapped to fit the bill. Currently available at Whole Foods and Ulta, the anti-aging products will need to build brand trust to find success amongst the highly competitive beauty items that already line Target's shelves.
