NOB HILL—Every Tuesday at 6:15pm, yoga teacher and author Darren Main offers donation-based yoga sessions at Grace Cathedral at the top of Nob Hill (1100 California Street). All levels are welcome, and while a $10 donation is suggested, no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Check out the video above—om-ing on the labyrinth with this veteran instructor looks it could be pretty amazing. [7 X 7]
MISSION—We've waxed poetic (or tried to) about the awesomeness of Rhythm and Motion dance classes in the past. If we've managed to make you the least bit curious, tomorrow is your chance to find out what all the fuss is about for free. ODC Dance Commons is offering free Rhythm and Motion classes all day on Wednesday, March 5. Check the schedule here and mark you calendar for some quality booty-shaking. [Racked Inbox]
MISSION—Every creative person knows that a block can happen at the worst possible moment—like those precious minutes when the baby's napping or when you're on deadline. Thankfully, author and artist Danielle Krysa offers some solutions in her new book Creative Block. Catch her at Little Paper Planes for a launch party and book signing accompanied by wine, fancy bites, and the chance to try a few of Krysa's unblocking exercises. Mark your calendar for Wednesday March 5th, from 7pm to 9pm and head to 855 Valencia Street for the chance to clear your creative congestion once and for all. [Racked Inbox]
