PayPal is offering Covet shoppers $25 off a purchase when using the PayPal app to pay for their cute new finds. The offer is only valid in Covet's three brick and mortar stores—not online— and there's no minimum purchase requirement. If you find a necklace or a top for $20, you can get it for free.
