James Perse Closed on Maiden Lane, Looking for a New Location

The high-quality basics brand James Perse quietly moved out of its 77 Maiden Lane address a couple weeks ago. The Fillmore location tells us that Maiden Lane was more of a pop-up and that the company is currently looking for a more permanent spot in the Union Square neighborhood. Until then, head over to 2028 Fillmore Street to get your fill of the slouchy, California-cool brand—including some furniture.
