We revealed in January that French upscale cool-kid clothing chain The Kooples was coming soon to 2241 Fillmore. And now an exciting update! Our friends at Racked LA tell us San Francisco will be the brand's very first U.S. outpost, ahead of Los Angeles and New York, despite previous reports that SF would actually open third.
San Francisco's The Kooples will open in the former Clary Sage store, just next door to the Clay Theater (between Sacramento and Clay), sometime before June. We'll keep you updated as we get an opening date and launch party info. In the meantime, shop at Sandro, which opened down the street last August, for your French fashion fix.
