As most of us who have wrangled with eyeliner pens and lipsticks can attest, makeup is a tricky thing that can make you as much a beauty as a beast. But SF makeup artist Hannah Concannon has mastered the medium and embraces both sides of the coin. She's showcasing her daily looks via her internet project, "Dress Up Box." She was on a mission to post a different look every day for an entire year. But now that she's surpassed that number, she tells The Bold Italic:
"My dad used to say that if you practice something for an hour a day for five years you'll be within the top 3% of all people who do that thing. So five years? At the moment I'm planning on keeping it up until I get hired by Haus of Gaga or my face falls off – whichever comes first."
To hire this uber talent, email her at hdconcannon@gmail.com. She certainly has a wide breadth of extravagant looks, but she knows how to do straight sexy, too.
