Just a month ago, we thought we'd never get to shop the shelves at Piper's Shoe Parlor ever again. But Instagram hinted—and Hoodline confirmed—that the Haight boutique will be back in business by the end of the month. New owner Kipling Rowe is taking the helm alongside her English bulldog Capone. Rumor has it that former owners Justin and Jessica Dega chose to close shop after calling it splitsville, but Rowe swooped in before they could sell off fixtures and furniture (although after the store liquidated most of its stock). Look for the revamped Piper's to carry brands like Zig Zag, Chrome, Miista, Red Wing, Seychelles, Wolverine, Brixton, and Filson. And stay tuned for the official opening date and party.
