Tech retail giant Apple is speeding up its online returns process in an effort to boost sales and to compete with express delivery retailers like Amazon and Best Buy. "This is the first time we're seeing an investment like this on the returns side," Kevon Hills, vice president of research at retail-intelligence firm StellaService, says about Apple's new two-day return shipping program. And although a move like this is often worked into the overall cost of the products, a source says that this one is completely on Apple. [Reuters]
