First, Google tried the flash sale angle: Glass was on sale for one day only back in April. Now, just a month later, anyone with $1,500 can buy a face computer. It looks as though Google is selling off the remaining stock—the colors that sold out in April are still not available. The frames are still free (Google says they're a $225 value) and the price tag to "Okay, Glass" is still $1,500. Analysts say the next gen of Google Glass is around the corner at a more mass-market price point, so this may be your last chance to own the Explorer edition.
