Last month's Racked SF Fit Club was so much fun (see above) that we've decided to continue offering our readers free fitness classes every month. For the May edition, the kind folks at SweatGuru have pitched in to help us organize a Vinyasa yoga class at OMpower (66 Townsend Street) from 2 to 3pm on Wednesday, May 28.
Your instructor will be Lindsay Jean Thomson, who has taught vinyasa yoga since 2007 after training at Flow Yoga Center in Washington, D.C. Her strong and nurturing classes are influenced by "alignment, breath, and a playful spirit." We could definitely use a little more of all of the above in our lives.
