Walnut Creek Is Next for Uniqlo

Uniqlo now has five locations in the Bay Area, and the company is full steam ahead on continuing to dominate in our region. Next up is Walnut Creek, most likely amidst the fancy, huge new development project on Broadway.

According to Fast Retailing, the east bay store will open August 29, as will a spot at Stoneridge Shopping Center in Pleasanton, followed by the Great Mall in Milpitas on September 12. Check out our interview with Uniqlo's top U.S. exec for more on the company's massive U.S. expansion.
