You know what's the best way to see a parade? From the inside, when you're the one checking out the crowd rather than fighting a crowd to see the festivities on tippy-toes. Be an insider at this year's San Francisco Pride parade on Sunday, June 29 by dancing with Rhythm and Motion dancers.

Rhythm and Motion is a fun dance class that has the bonus of being an amazing workout. Instructors between now and the parade will be teach the three routines during regular classes. There will also be two official rehearsals on June 22 and 28. Last year, the R&M group (see photo above) was named "Absolutely Fabulous Street Act" in the parade, and this year—led by Racked SF Hottest Trainer Dudley Flores—they expect an even bigger, brighter contingent, so you'll be in good company. No dance experience is required and all levels are welcome, plus you can get even more practice with these videos. Registration is $40.
