So You Agree You Think This Blogger Is Really Awesome

Anyone can start a personal style blog and look pretty good on a web page. But rarely does the charisma coming from the fashionable photos translate to the real life blogger as much as it does with Donna Hale of So You Agree... (the name is a line from Mean Girls!). Attend pretty much any fashionable event in San Francisco, and you're bound to run into Hale and experience her contagious positive attitude—and stunning style—in person.

The shoe and mani addict lives on Nob Hill, where you might catch her ever-supportive boyfriend and their sidekick Wally the Boston Terrier shooting Hale's outfit of the day. And while Hale is a die-hard Chanel-lover, her outfits are approachable and illustrate how to look très Coco without breaking the bank. Read on for her style emergency strategy (no outfit change required), her favorite SF shopping spots, and the one thing she really hates.

When did you launch So you agree...?
"August 2012. I've always loved fashion and was looking for a creative outlet. After admiring amazing blogs from afar for quite some time, my friends suggested that I should start one of my own. And thus, So You Agree... was born."

What makes you blog?
"The amazing gals who read it and ask for tips and tricks for their day-to-day. Also, to share the things I love most about fashion."

Who takes your photos?
"Typically my amazingly supportive and patient boyfriend! But I'm lucky to have wonderful friends and co-workers who are always willing to snap for me."

Tell us something about yourself we would have never guessed.
"I've tried pickles a dozen or so times and I haaate them. Though I don't mind kimchi or other pickled foods. But pickles are a serious pass for me."

You're at work, and you get an email inviting you to a fabulous, dressed-up affair. You're wearing ripped jeans and loafers and don't have time to go home and change. What's your strategy?
"I'd add some red lipstick, tease my hair, and own it. The best asset a gal has is her confidence!"

How would you describe your sartorial personality and which Bay Area store best matches it?
"Laid back with a dash of classic and a pop of fun. I like to stick to basics but always add a little flair to my looks. Whether its a bold lip, awesome heels or a statement necklace. I love shopping at Wasteland, I always find an awesome deal and I never leave empty handed from Therapy."

If you had to sacrifice one, what would it be: lipstick, mascara or brow pencil/gel?
"Brow obvs. Lipsticks adds color and mascara makes your eyes pop."

In five years I hope to be [fill in the blank].
"Still livin' the dream!"
