BERKELEY—Ready to get your BBQ and beer on? Berkeley's Perdition Smokehouse, opening today, has 43 drafts curated by the minds behind Mikkeller Bar and The Trappist, plus a big back patio for soaking up that East Bay sun.

BAY AREA—Our World Cup guide is now double the size. Check out the 32 bars, restaurants, and other favorite spots in SF and Oakland that will be showing every single game. Some of them even have food and drink specials.

SOMA—Saison is getting private and personal with their new test kitchen menu, which runs $498 per person.

SAN FRANCISCO—You have one more day to check out the all-food-gimmick truck cruising around town. Fruity Pebbles fried chicken, anyone?

WINE COUNTRY—Ad Hoc's former chef Dave Cruz is doing a six-month pop-up in St. Helena, complete with a daytime barbecue joint and a nighttime restaurant.

TENDERLOIN—Au revoir, Olive: thanks to a rapacious landlord, the decade-old martini bar is shuttering this weekend.

SFO—Get amped: AmEx is opening a Centurion Lounge at SFO with food from Christopher Kostow (The Restaurant at Meadowood) and cocktails from Jim Meehan (PDT).

THE MISSION—A hammock cafe is on its way to the Mission, for your lazing pleasure.
