More than 225 stylish guests came together on Thursday, June 19th for the 9th annual Dress for Success gala at the historic Julia Morgan Ballroom. Dress for Success San Francisco, an organization that provides disadvantaged women with the resources to help them thrive in work and in life, drew a star-studded SF crowd including style expert and TV personality Jeannie Mai, who has supported the charity since 1997, as well as KRON 4 news anchor Vicki Liviakis, Congresswoman, Jackie Speier, restauranteur Shelley Lindgren (A16/SPQR) among others.

Guests enjoyed bites from Gitane, E&O, Pican and Sift Bakery, paired with wine and cocktails the Cameron Hughes Wine Company, Gloria Ferrer, Ketel One Vodka and Wente Vineyards. And everyone was so well-dress and successful at this fête that we wanted to ask: "What is your go-to interview outfit?" Some shared the most important aspect of their getup while others gave us a head-to-toe rundown. Right this way for their answers!—Debbie Min
