SAN FRANCISCO—It was a Five Days of Meat week to remember, with maps of the Bay's best pastrami, most iconic meat dishes, tastiest yakitori, most extreme meat and more, plus Chris Cosentino's favorite offal spots, an interview with the Fatted Calf's Taylor Boetticher, and a peek inside rush hour at House of Prime Rib.

LOS GATOS—Two-Michelin-starred Manresa suffered a devastating fire Monday morning, incurring damages that will take months to repair. Here's what chef-owner David Kinch had to say about the incident.

SAN FRANCISCO—Meet five of the city's foremost charcutiers in our special series, which features Staffan Terje (Perbacco), Ian Marks (Beast and the Hare), Salvatore Cracco (Trou Normand), Travis Day (Salumeria, Central Kitchen) and Chris Cosentino (Boccalone, Porcellino).

MISSION—Also new this week is ABV, the new Mission bar from a trio of bonafide cocktail connoisseurs that comes correct with affordable bar bites and an under-$10 cocktail menu.
