Banana Republic wants to help guys in tech dress better—without much effort. And thanks to its handy Head-to-Toe Handbook labeled "The Startup Guy," the SF-based brand offers 39 outfit options to look stylish without coming off as too corporate (minus the nine suits).

Fast Company points out that the look actually comes off more "Brooklyn Guy on the L Train" than Silicon Valley tech geek. And we'll agree that the hoodie-and-tee programmer probably won't bite with the new Banana Republic collection. But as the tech community here continues to grow, who's to say that Fast Company's Brooklyn guy isn't packing his chinos and button-ups and heading west? In fact, judging by the looks of a few tech campuses these days, he's probably already here.
