Fillmore & 5th, the Crossroads-owned consignment shop that specializes in designer labels, is expanding to New York. According to Crain's, the company has signed a 10-year deal for a 1,700 square foot space on Broome Street in Soho, and is looking for additional NYC locations. The Bay Area currently has two Fillmore & Fifth locations: A shop on Union Street in SF and a newer location in Palo Alto. No word yet on whether future expansion plans will include stores on either Fillmore or 5th. [Racked Inbox]
