Local shoe designer Anyi Lu combined her chemical engineering background with her passion for ballroom dancing to create beautiful shoes that are also lightweight and kind on the soles. The shoes are crafted in Italy, and the newly launched Fall 2014 Collection cleverly hides shock absorbing materials into the new styles to offer both comfort and height. For example, in the two-tone Delia flats ($395), there's a small, hidden wedge to offer a little lift without compromising arch support. The new collection also incorporates fashion-forward features like adjustable straps, quilted leather, and tassels. Order now for mid-August delivery and keep your feet happy for months to come.
