San Francisco designer Alyssa Nicole presented her Fall 2014 collection at FIDM last week, and the navy-dominated pieces proved to be a stark contrast to her "White Noise" collection from the Spring. Alyssa's lady-like day looks boast conservative hemlines and necklines as well as nipped-in waists; perfect for the countless women who long to dress like Kate Middleton Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. Most of the dresses and separates are sleek silhouettes that will appeal to those embracing the minimalist trend, but Alyssa turns up the drama with her architectural formal and cocktail looks. Altogether, it's a cohesive collection that establishes Alyssa Nicole as one of the Bay Area's designers to watch.
