San Francisco's Vanessa Getty is one of the best-dressed people in the world, according to Vanity Fair. The philanthropist/socialite made this year's International Best Dressed List, curated by the publication's fashion insiders and editors. "I am honored to have been included on the list this year and to be amongst such esteemed company," Getty tells SFGate. The list is heavily dominated by actors, actresses, and overseas royalty. Other local nominations that didn't make the cut include Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer and sisters Vanessa Traina Snow and Victoria Traina.
