Washio Will Do Your Laundry and Give You Free Undies This Week

Be honest with yourself. You don't have time to do laundry this weekend. You're going to Outside Lands! But you also need clean clothes when you return to the real world next Monday. How can you possibly do everything? Calling mom is not the answer. (C'mon. Be a grownup.) Outsourcing your laundry is definitely the right move.

Washio —an app-based, on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning service app— wants to help. Download the app, schedule a pickup, and Washio will return your (clean) clothes in 24 hours. Washio's pricing starts at $1.60 per pound in San Francisco. The delivery minimum is $20 per order, with a $3.99 delivery fee. Delivery is free for orders over $35.

This week, Washio has partnered with MeUndies, (an underwear subscription service that claims to sell world's most comfortable underwear), to give away free underthings to Washio customers in a laundry pinch. The promotion started Monday, and is only available to first 1,200 customers to schedule a pickup in San Francisco this week. So yeah… Now seems like a good time to part with those dirty clothes.
