Blowouts Are Blooming in West Portal

Bloom Blow Dry Bar, the new West Portal salon we told you about last week, is now open at 819 Ulloa Street. To celebrate, the brand is offering two discounts for its founding customers. Those looking for a single blowout can get a "Friends with Benefits" blowout for $30 (normally $40) from Monday to Thursday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.. If you see yourself becoming a regular, you can become a Bloom member for $120 per month. Membership includes four blowouts per month, 10 percent off all retail products, a free birthday reconstructive conditioning treatment, and discounts on additional blowouts, (in case you need more than four). The discounts end on September 30.
