Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Rag & Bone quietly opened its new, 1,289 square foot store at 2060 Fillmore Street yesterday, one day after our construction worker-confirmed September 15 target date. The company, which is committed to preserving original building details, kept the original storefront windows and concrete finishes on the walls and flooring. Wander inside, and you'll find custom wallpaper from British wallpaper specialists Barneby Gates, reclaimed wood elements, custom antique-brass racks, and furniture from San Francisco's own Ohio Design. It's a stylish way to present the brand's women's and men's ready-to-wear lines, along with denim, accessories and footwear. Start planning your weekend shopping budget: Your post-brunch stroll around Pac Heights just became more expensive.
