There was no shortage of Instagramming at this weekend's St. Regis Polo Cup in Sonoma. Ponies. Fabulous dresses. These are the things of hashtag dreams. But one of the most impressive 'grams of the weekend came after the glitz and glamour of the match. We're talking about Delfina Blaquier's #jumpstagram with her hot polo-star hubby Nacho Figueras. But the fun didn't stop there. The Ralph Lauren-modeling lovebirds covered a lot of ground in the city: According to their Instagram accounts, they also made it to Twin Peaks and Pizzeria Delfina in the Mission.
