Terminal 2 Envy: It's an affliction that SFO's Terminal 3 flyers know all too well. Terminal 2 has the cool swooshy artwork and the yoga room and The Plant Cafe. It's the cool kids' departure point. But Terminal 3 is becoming a more tolerable place to wait for a flight thanks to a $200 million makeover. Next year, it might even be a more interesting place to shop.

The airport is currently accepting proposals from vendors for two specialty stores within the secured area, according to DFNI. Granted, we might end up with another Sunglass Hut and a luggage store —who buys a suitcase at the airport?— but we're crossing our fingers that local brands snag those spots. Terminal 3 renovations should be finished by July 2015, just in time for your summer getaway.
