It wasn't looking good last week when the store's furniture was stuck in customs. But through sheer will and hard work—and perhaps a little magic from part-owner and Alla Prima proprietress Magie Crystal—Eres managed to pull it all together to open its new Hayes Valley boutique this week. The 409-square-foot space is filled with lingerie and swimwear that stay very much on this side of chic and elegant and without ever crossing over into "raunchy" territory.
"[Eres is] a favorite brand of celebrities and anyone who doesn't like an embellished or overstated look," Magie tells Hoodline. And through this collaboration, she and her stores hold the exclusive rights to sell the Parisian pretties. Visit the newly opened store—from 11am to 7pm, Mondays through Saturdays, and 12pm to 5pm on Sundays—and splurge on the fancy underthings to make any ordinary day or outfit that much more exciting.
