Stop Shampooing! Bloom Is Bringing Blowouts to West Portal

San Francisco's blowout scene has been largely concentrated in the northern part of the city: Pac Heights has DryBar and Posh, Cow Hollow has Blo, Presidio Heights has Cherry Blow Dry Bar, and there's a second DryBar in the Financial District. For folks in the southern half of the city, relief is on the way. Bloom Blow Dry Bar will open at 819 Ulloa Street in West Portal on Saturday, September 13 to offer blow outs and styling for men, women and children. Blowouts for women are $40, but the salon is offering discounted, monthly packages for regulars who can't be bothered to do their own hair.
