Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Let's think about all the things you can have delivered to your door on demand. Dinner. Groceries. A stylist. Your Tory Burch Reva flats. A massage therapist. Is there any reason for t-shirts to be excluded from that growing list? Everlane doesn't think so. Yesterday, the SF-based company announced that it is teaming up with Postmates this month on Everlane Now, a beta service that will deliver luxury basics to your door in under 60 minutes.
To take advantage of the lightning-fast option, just select "1-hour delivery" when you check out. You'll have your order in as little as 40 minutes. Delivery is free if you order at least two items. Delivery fees, when applicable, are $4.95 per order.
The service only applies to select items, including the t-shirt collection, the reverse denim bag collection, and the upcoming trench coat, bomber, and luxe wool collection. But if you need a trench in a pinch, Everlane Now is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
