Take the first step toward that Sasha Fierce bod by learning the full dance routine to Beyoncé's End Of Time. You can't help but hope that tracing the steps of the Queen B herself brings you that much closer to sharing her strong, yet shapely, figure. The class, $95, is hosted by LEVYdance. It begins Sunday, January 11th, and runs for six weeks. (Each session lasts 90 minutes, from 10:30am to noon.) If Sundays don't work for you, the same class begins on Monday in Oakland and again in SF on Wednesday, January 21st. Advance registration is required; no drop-ins allowed. Once you can strut Bey's stuff, keep it in the back pocket to drop at the club whenever the mood strikes. With enough weekly performances, you could have Beyoncé's toned stems and abs. Sign up and get your first taste of what it's like to live like Yonce.
