Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
We believe any kind of naked is always quite festive. But what we're talking about here is getting Naked—as in slipping on pajamas so comfy you'd swear you were hanging in your birthday suit. Right now we're smitten with Naked's Essential PJ Set, from the eco-friendly label's newest collection. Perfection for lounging at home or whilst visiting the in-laws, these babies are far from our usual oversized-tee-and-boxers sleep uniform. (Did we mention one of our new year's resolutions is to up our PJ game.)
The opposite of slouchy, this set is all about chic minimalism—clean lines, smooth seams and all. The shirt, with notched collar and shirttail hem, is slim yet relaxed; while the pants have a straight leg that skims the body in the most flattering of ways. Made of a cotton (and a hint of spandex), the super-soft jammies come in navy, white and grey, and cost $98. Granted, a bit steeper than what we've spent in the past, but we'll wear these guys to death—making the cost-per-wear a veritable steal. Check 'em out for yourself.
