Is there any neighborhood in San Francisco that can resist the Burn? After the success of her studios in Russian Hill, the Mission, and the Inner Sunset, Burn founder (and Bay Area native) Lisa Corsello is bringing her kickass workout regimen to Hayes Valley.
Lisa developed Burn after years as a personal trainer, Pilates and yoga instructor. "I believe I‘ve discovered the most universally effective way to help people achieve their fitness goals, look, and feel better while having a little bit of fun, too," she explains. The Burn method is 55-minute workout combining the best of Pilates, strength training, and cardio, which keeps the heart rate up throughout class. Class sizes are small —the Hayes Valley studio can accommodate 18 clients per class— which guarantees that everyone gets personal attention.
The new studio at 1632 Market Street will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, February 21st with classes led by Lisa from 8—11am and 12—1pm. The celebration will continue that evening with a grand opening party from 6—8pm at the new studio, so stop by for a snack or drink, check out the new studio, and enter to win prizes like workout gear and Burn class packages.
