Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

The San Francisco workout scene can feel divided into two camps: the ClassPassers and the Fitmobbers. But if you don't fall into either group, there's another fitness app to try that comes to us by way of Stockholm. It's called Vint, and it focuses on personal training, in small groups, at an affordable price. Workouts range from yoga in SoMa to running on Ocean Beach to tai chi at a local gym—there's something for all fitness types. A month of unlimited actions runs at $95 (with a special offer of a free trial week), while one-off classes will set you back around $20 a pop. On the other side of the service, Vint is on the lookout for instructors to teach anything from the traditional to the untraditional (like rock climbing or surfing). So meet your new year goals and sign up for either side—this just may be the fitness app you've been waiting for.
