Akrovita, a new-ish active apparel company in San Francisco, is moving into Moxie at 3315 20th Street this weekend. For two days only —Saturday, March 21st and Sunday, March 22nd— shop the local brand's sports bras, tights, and shorts, ($99–$140) at the Mission yoga studio.

Though Akrovita founders Virginia Fabricius and Krista Wardell bonded over aerial classes, their pieces work for a variety of active lifestyles. Akrovita uses "highly-engineered performance textiles" that are durable, stretch in eight different directions, and wick away perspiration within just a few seconds. Each Akrovita design is tested in a variety of disciplines and exercises to ensure it will hold up. Whether you're spending your days in bootcamp or Bikram, these clothes are built to last.

Since the brand is currently sold online, the Moxie trunk show is your opportunity to view the collection in real life. Arrive early to browse before your first om, or stick around after the namaste to pick up a new outfit.
