EMBARCADERO—Erdem and Saks Fifth Avenue have teamed up to host a fashion show for the San Francisco Opera Guild. The event, "Fashion Forward: An Evening With Erdem," is March 25th at Pier 27. It will raise funds for the opera's educational programs. Tickets prices range from $375 to $10,000, although only the $375 to $1,500 options remain. The British fashion house's designer, Erdem Moralioglu, will be present for the show, as well as for a public appearance from 1–3pm at Saks the next day. To read up on him (especially how to pronounce his first name), check out his interview with the Chronicle here.

NOB HILL—The Junior League of San Francisco hosts its 89th Annual Fashion Show tomorrow, March 20th at the Fairmont. This show is titled "L'Atelier," and will feature spring styles from Wilkes Bashford. Proceeds from the show will continue to help the organization's philanthropic efforts in the Bay Area. Tickets are no longer available online, but may be available at the event, particularly at the luncheon that begins at 10:30am. But if you do plan to head to the gala, remember that the dress code is black tie.
