It's been a long time coming, but Bulldog Baths is finally open in the Tenderloin. The self-described dog resort opened its doors to doggy daycare clients late last year. The official launch is happening soon, Hoodline reports.

The space, which was the largest gay bathhouse of its kind from the 1930s until 1983, is now a retreat for doggie daycare, overnight care, grooming, and even mid-day walks to owners' nearby offices.

So the neighborhood has literally gone to the dogs. And the four-legged patrons are living the high life, from the rooftop playground to the doggy baths.
