The Goorin Bros. hat shop in Union Square is celebrating six years in business. Stop by any time between 7pm and 9pm tonight and help blow out the candles—there will be libations and live music by local jazzy fave the Klipptones. And those so inclined (you know who you are) are invited to dress in their 1920s/1930s finest. No doubt the original Goorin (Cassel)—who sold his first beautifully crafted custom hats off his horse cart in 1895—would be more than proud.
