Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
After months of speculating and waiting, San Francisco finally has its Isabel Marant boutique. Located at 455 Jackson Street in Jackson Square —you may remember the spot as the former Design Within Reach space— Marant's 2,300-square foot shop houses the main Isabel Marant collection, as well as the lower-priced Etoile collection and accessories. It's Marant's third store in the US. (She's expected to open a fourth in Miami's design district later this year.)
Jackson Square is known more for furniture than apparel, but —between Marant and longtime Racked favorite Eden & Eden— perhaps it has a future as a fashion destination.
