Three San Francisco happenings you need to know about: Shopping, toasting and yoga are involved...

TIMBUK2 FACTORY STORE, THE MISSION—We told you about FEMME a few weeks ago. And, tonight, you'll be able to check her out for yourself. Timbuk2's new luxe, leather line for chic babes on the go is being feted this eve from 7pm to 9pm. Hang out, eat a little sushi and shop for your new back-to-school bag. The launch party is free but please RSVP here. Can't make the event? Worry not—shop here. The Timbuk2 Factory Store is located at 587 Shotwell @ 20th Street.

UPDATE: This event has been moved to 41 Osgood Place, a historic garden courtyard, just a few blocks north of La Boutique. Same time.

LA BOUTIQUE, JACKSON SQUARE—One of our fave shops is having a little shindig tomorrow, September 3rd, (from 5pm to 8pm) to toast the launch of the new Georgette Crimson capsule collection by SF designer Tina Reith. Her simple-chic clothes are playful and textured with sharp attention to detail (plus everything is made in the US). Half Hitch Goods, a local purveyor of "heirloom" gifts, is also hosting and will be selling its own complementary selection of goodies, including perfumes and jewelry. Along with shopping, nibbles, drinks and cool tunes are on the agenda. We'll cheers to that. La Boutique is located at 414 Jackson Street near Sansome.

BAY CLUB FINANCIAL DISTRICT, FIDI—Hey everybody, September is Yoga Month. Get your Namaste on with the Bay Club, which is offering free outdoor yoga classes every Saturday this month. The first 60-minute class is this Saturday, September 5th, and will feature a live DJ plus an acai bar. All classes start at 9am—and don’t forget your mat, as there will be a limited number available for yogis. The Bay Club (plaza) is located at 555 California Street @ Kearny.
