Erica Tanov Bi-Annual Sale, Berkeley: Saturday and Sunday, January 30th and 31st. This is one serious sale—get 75 percent off samples and past seasons' clothes, shoes, jewelry and home accessories, including quilts, blankets and throws. Plus, style hunters will have their run of bins filled with random (but still boho-chic) clothing and fabric remnants starting at $10. Hello? Hours are 10am to 6pm Saturday; 11am to 6pm Sunday. Room & Board Open House, SoMa: Saturday and Sunday, January 30th and 31st. Here's your chance to check out Room & Board's new assortment of modern American furnishings and home accessories.
