No matter what season it may be in San Francisco, you can pretty much bet you'll regret going bare-legged. The wind is sure to whip up or the temperature will unexpectedly drop—and that's especially true with the occasionally (and deceivingly) lovely December temperatures that can change at the drop of a hat.
