Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

San Francisco's retail boom shows no signs of slowing down. Luxury stores are popping up on the regular, and it seems like every retailer —regardless of price point— wants a piece of the shopping pie. In 2014, we saw additions like Christian Louboutin, Valentino, Amour Vert, Rag & Bone, and Convert Man. In 2015, we can look forward to Hublot, Maison Martin Margiela, and Rebecca Minkoff. To help you keep track of the additions, we've assembled all of those confirmed (and rumored) store into a single map.

Orchard Supply Hardware

Orchard Supply is moving into the former Petco building on Taylor Street, adjacent to Cost Plus World Market. Fingers crossed they bring the OSHbot retail robots to the new location.

Rebecca Minkoff

Yes, we've been talking about this incoming Rebecca Minkoff store forever. Originally slated for November, the opening has been pushed to 2015, most likely January. After previewing the eBay touchscreen tech in the store, we promise that it will be worth the wait.

Billy Reid

Billy Reid —the Alabama-based, CFDA-award winning designer— is eyeing a Bay Area expansion in 2015. There's no word yet on a location, but we're dropping the pin on Fillmore based on the designer's aesthetic, price point, and formula retail-tipping store count. (With 12 store in the U.S., there's no way it's heading to Hayes Valley.)

Maison Martin Margiela

"What's that jacket, Margiela?" There's an increased chance that the answer will be yes when Maison Martin Margiela opens on Maiden Lane. The construction wall is already up, and we can't wait to see the new store when it opens.

Moncler

French ski brand Moncler will open a store on Stockton in 2015. Expect the most luxe puffy jackets you've ever seen.
In November, we told you that Hublot would be bringing high-end Europeans watches to Union Square in time of the holidays. At least, that's what WWD was reporting. We've since learned from a company rep that Hublot plans to open the store in the first quarter of 2015, and it will be located near Bulgari. We're dropping the pin on Geary, but we don't have an exact location yet.

Officine Panerai

While this still falls in the rumormongering category, Women's Wear Daily reports that Italian watchmaker Officine Panerai is mulling a Bay Area boutique. Like all other European luxury brands, we're guessing this one will end up in Union Square.

Suitsupply

At this point, we question whether a San Francisco Suitsupply is even real. A rep for the Dutch menswear brand has been telling us for over a year that it's coming, but we have no evidence of a location. Though the company's website had SF on its upcoming locations list last year, that teaser has since been removed. So consider this Union Square pin more wishful thinking.
Japanese eyewear brand Jins is bringing budget glasses in under 30 minutes to San Francisco in 2015. Look for the brand in the former H&M men's space.

Saks Off Fifth

Saks Off Fifth is entering the Market Street discount luxury fray this year. We hear that the retailer will be moving into a 35,000 square foot space in the same building as Nordstrom Rack.

Cotelac

The French boutique will open a second San Francisco location —probably in January— stocking Cotélac's younger, more casual sister line Acoté, as well as its newer men's collection.

SoulCycle

SoulCycle is set for another San Francisco studio in the former Diesel store at the corner of Market and Castro Streets. Our source within the company tells us it will be late 2015 before anyone taps it back in the Castro. When the requisite Soul boutique opens, this can be your Castro workout gear HQ.

SFO Terminal 3

SFO Terminal 3 has been upping its restaurant and retail game —consider it overcompensation for Terminal 2 envy— and will unveil its final wave of renovations in July. As part of the redesign, there will be new retail establishments in the space. Let's hope the additions include good shopping options.
